FROM EXPECTANT FATHER TO DAD
You have heard it a million times, but it's worth repeating. Once your baby takes her first steps, your life will change. This isn't only because you'll be spending more time running after your unstable, wobbly baby, but it's also because your baby has suddenly become more independent. The overwhelming sense of pride you feel when you see your child walk for the first time is often coupled with a little sadness. Your baby is growing up and you suddenly realize how fast it all goes. A step today; walking down the aisle tomorrow. Relax. Time does go fast, but not that fast.
The point is this: Enjoy the moment and always make time for your family.
