As you have probably guessed, there are plenty of things you will need to buy in the coming months. While you, or more likely your partner, may be anxious to do some shopping for the baby's nursery as soon as you find out that a baby is on the way, you should refrain from making any purchases until the 5th or 6th month.

Contrary to popular belief, pregnancy is not always an exciting, happy or glowing experience. With each day, your partner's belly gets larger and your baby continues to grow... that means that the clock is ticking.  Take advantage of this time to romance each other and relish in the fact that it's just the two of you.  After the baby arrives, life will be a little (a lot) hectic and romance (including sex) will be the last thing on your mind.
